The Lions lost 5-4.

The first home game for our St. Lawrence Lions Men's D1 Hockey team took place this past Sunday, September 17th in front of a raucous crowd at l'Aréna des Deux Glaces in Val-Bélair. Despite a solid performance by Head Coach Pierre-Cedric Labrie's team and after having outshot their heated rivals the Patriotes de Saint-Laurent 44-23, the Lions lost 5-4.
Scorers for the Lions were Justin Beauchemin, Maverick Deslisle, Nicolas Jean and Jérémy Belleau. Benjamin Chabot contributed 2 assists in a losing cause.
The entire St. Lawrence Lions organization would like to thank its fans and supporters for having come out to cheer us on. The Lions' next home game will be next Sunday, September 24th at 2PM vs Cégep André Laurendeau.
